We provide digital marketing services (performance marketing, social media and organic marketing, podcast and video shoots, strategy sessions), each under a written quote that states the scope, timeline and fee. We also sell digital products: lifetime licences of the Institute Management App and optional templates, delivered electronically.
Advertising budget is paid separately from our service fee. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, sales or followers; results depend on the market, the offer and the budget.
No physical goods are sold or shipped.
Digital products are delivered on the confirmation screen and by email, normally within seconds. Full details are in our Delivery Policy.
It is your responsibility to give a correct email address at checkout. If you mistype it, write to contact@avsvishalmedia.com and we will resend to the correct address.
When you buy a digital product you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, share publicly or claim authorship of any file you receive from us.
Set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: if we cannot deliver, you get a full refund; once a digital product has been delivered and accessed, it is not refundable.
We may cancel access, without refund, where these are broken.
Some products list or link to third-party material. Where that happens, that material remains the property of its owner and is subject to that owner's terms.
Our products are educational and informational. We make no guarantee of any particular result, income or outcome from using them. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service the claim relates to.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
