Delivery Policy

Everything we provide is delivered digitally or online. Nothing is shipped, and no courier or delivery address is ever required.

How you receive your purchase

1. On the confirmation screen. As soon as payment is confirmed, the download links appear on screen.
2. By email. A copy of the same links is emailed to the address you entered at checkout.
3. On your access page. The link in your email opens a page that keeps working, so you can come back to it any time.

How long it takes

Digital products	Immediately, normally within seconds of payment being confirmed
Email copy	Within a few minutes
Strategy calls	Held online on the date and time confirmed to you by email after payment
Marketing services and shoots	To the timeline agreed in the written quote, with regular progress reports

If it does not arrive

First, check the spam and promotions folders for the email. If it is still missing, write to contact@avsvishalmedia.com with the email address you paid with. We resend the same working day.

If we are unable to deliver at all, you get a full refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Shipping charges

There are none. Because delivery is electronic, no shipping, handling or courier charge is ever added to your order.
