Before any service starts we agree in writing on the scope, timeline, our service fee and, for advertising, the ad budget. Refunds for services depend on two things:
A refund is issued in one situation:
Once a digital product has been delivered and accessed, no refund is provided. This is because the file cannot be returned once downloaded.
If your download does not work, tell us before asking for a refund. In almost every case we can resend or fix the link the same working day.
A digital product order can be cancelled any time before payment is completed, by simply not completing it. After payment, delivery is immediate, so cancellation is covered by the refund rules above.
A service can be cancelled in writing at any time, by email. The refund for a cancelled service follows the Services rules above.
Write to contact@avsvishalmedia.com with the email address you paid with and your order number. We reply within 24 to 48 working hours.
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually takes 5 to 7 working days after we process it.
